MOBH Holding Group added another milestone to its global expansion movement by entering the Egyptian market with the inauguration of the Roland Garros Sports and Social Club, the largest international sports investment in Egypt, which is set to be established in Mostakbal City, located at the northern part of the New Administrative Capital, Cairo.
The inauguration ceremony of the Roland Garros Sports and Social Club was held under the Ministry of Youth and Sports patronage in Egypt, in the presence of members representing Roland Garros Paris and Mr. Zahed Albattarni representing our Hon. Chairman in addition to Ismail El Shafei, President of the Egyptian Tennis Federation.
Roland Garros Club investment plan includes constructing various sports facilities as stadiums, a sports center for physical measurements in addition to hotels, international schools, integrated medical center, and tennis sports academies as well as other numerous academies in the different sports according to the latest international standards.
The 44-acre club will include the largest tennis stadium in the world with a capacity of 25,000 spectators, and a second tennis stadium capable of hosting 17,000 spectators, in addition to training facilities, as well as football pitches that are set to be established in accordance with FIFA standards.
Mr. Zahid Al Battarni, representing MOBH Holding Group during a visit to H.E Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, in his office, to discuss Roland Garros club establishment plans in presence of members representing Roland Garros Paris.
